1. Three Sessions Per Week. The program requires you to get through three kicking sessions per week. These are weighted towards goal kicking but also uses grubbers, drop kicks, punt kicks and spiral kicking through the sessions.
2. Weekly Videos. Rugby Bricks coach and founder Peter Breen talks through and demonstrates each individual session throughout the program. Watching this video at the start of each week will give you confidence that you are getting through each drill correctly.
3. PDF Work Book. You will receive a downloadable outline for each of the sessions. This will also allow you to track your progress through the 12 weeks of the program.
