Great passes are made from repetition, hard work and putting in the technical work off the pitch. This is what the Rugby Bricks S&C passing program teaches you to do. You will gain the technical edge and power needed to deliver a world-class pass.

This program has been used and implemented with one of the world's best half-backs Aaron Smith of the All Blacks. You will gain access to over 15 different exercises that are specific to the rotational and extensive power needed in the arms and core to deliver the ball as fast as possible.

This program has been used by the Melbourne Rebels Under 19's squad, Australian Wallaroo's, All Black Aaron Smith and hundreds of others to create the power needed to get the ball wherever you want on the pitch.

You will gain extensive insight into: 

- How to utilize the rotational power of your obliques, transverse and rectus abdominus in the gym to create a more accurate pass on the pitch

- How to engage the tricep and the full extent of "the punch" to get the ball traveling rapidly to where it needs to go 

- How to create power from the perfect passing position at your hip and avoiding the slow dip that players use when winding up to push a long ball
