I couldn’t recall in the interview the timing that was intended to be used for what is commonly referred to as Box Breathing. Don’t use what I said in the podcast!! The timing that was intended to be used when this technique was employed by the SEALS was “theory of fours” and was 4 sec in, no hold, 4-6 sec out, for 4 mins.
Peter, Please pass on my thanks for the brilliant Podcast by you and Rachel. I thought she was brilliant, really down to earth but hugely insightful. It is hands down one of the best listens I’ve had, and I pick and choose what Pods I listen too but she was execellent. Lots of take outs and learnings in there….“Gratitude Thoughts” . Gold!!!
