For all orders placed in New Zealand & Australia:
All orders will usually be processed within 48 hours. Dispatch & delivery may take longer during public holidays, and during peak season like November & December (when couriers can get very busy).
Our orders ship daily at 2pm. Whilst we cannot guarantee we can edit your order, if you reach out in time and our team can get to it before it ships, we will do our best to accommodate.
Because couriers are third parties involved, once the order is with them, we can only contact them or have access to the same information you have.

All international orders will be shipped from Australia. This means that customers would responsible for any duties or taxes owing to the shipment.
