REFUND POLICY

How can I get a refund?

Once we receive your returned order, we’ll send you an acknowledgement email. After a thorough inspection, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days, and the funds will be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

When will I get a refund?

Refunds are usually completed within 30 days of approval. If you haven’t received your refund after this timeframe:

Check your bank account to confirm it hasn’t arrived.
Contact your credit card company, as posting times can vary.
Contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay before refunds appear.

Will you refund my shipping/delivery costs if I return my order?

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, as these are collected directly by the courier.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility: you will need to arrange and pay for return shipping with your preferred courier service.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How do I return my Rugby Bricks order?

To start a return, please email contact@rugbybricks.com. Items must:

Be unused and in the same condition as when received
Be in the original packaging
Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer through their chosen courier service.

Can I return a product if I don't want it anymore?

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. 

Please note:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded unless they arrive broken or damaged.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Downloadable training programs
Selected health and personal care items

Partial refunds may be granted if:

The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Checklist for returning an item:

Return request is within the 30-day grace period.
Item is unused and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is included.
You understand that gift cards, downloadable products, and selected health/personal care items cannot be returned.
You will arrange and pay for return shipping with your chosen courier service.
You understand that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
