Rugby Bricks was born in Dunedin, New Zealand in 2017.

At Rugby Bricks, we are firm believers in two principles that determine your outcomes in life. The first principle is outwork and the second principle is outlearn.

For those who are willing to put in the work, sometimes that isn’t enough. You need to be able to learn where best to apply the work you’re putting in. If you’re a lifelong learner on and off the pitch, you’ll go further than those who are only going to put in the work.

Rugby Bricks is our opportunity to build out these principles in the products and programs for anyone involved in the world of Rugby.

Take a look at the video below from an interview with Peter and how we’ve helped some of the worlds best players get better.

Our team.

We’ve got some pretty incredible people here at Rugby Bricks who help us create the content, programs and operations that bring you the experiences athat we’re trying to share in rugby. Here’s a little about each person below. If you’re wondering how do I join this team, feel free to send us an email to joe@rugbybricks.com with the subject line “hire me” and we’;; let you know if we can find something for you inside of the organization.

Peter Breen - Founder.

peter breen

Pistol as he's more affectionately known as to anyone inside of the team at Rugby Bricks is the founder here and serves as our core content creator and coach. He's the one you'll see on every video and he's done some pretty incredible work in the world of rugby with over 10 M+ views on the content he's created and he built all of our tees from scratch.

Pistol has also been the kicking coach for the Melbourne Storm, the attack coach for Cadbury Wallaroos and former ITM cup player for both Otago and Northland. On top of this he's worked with some of the world's best players from Aaron Smith to Ryan Papenhuyzen improving their performance in all things rugby.

If you want to chat with Pete just flick him an email on peter@rugbybricks.com

Kale Panoho - Managing Director.

Kale Panoho

Kale is our Managing Director here at Rugby Bricks. He's primarily responsible for steering the ship when it comes to operations, scaling our ad campaigns and implementing growth for Bricks.

A bit of a battler on the pitch Kale played premier rugby for Harbour in Dunedin before calling it a day after a few head knocks. You'll find him popping up on our podcasts from time to time to interview Pistol and helping with some of the tech and development platforms on which you consume Rugby Bricks content.

Kale's track record in business is slightly better with his agency K&J Growth working with companies like TikTok, Universal, Monster Energy and hundreds of others. If you want to chat with him send him an email to kale@kpanoho.com
